People choose vegetarianism due to ethical, economic, medical reasons. This is dairy free breakfast, and it is exactly what you need to get you going for the day. Heat some olive oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat.  Add the diced onion and fry for 3 minutes.  Then add the garlic and pancetta, fry for a further 5 minutes. The second time though I blended the sauce before serving it.
