What I did was instead of layering everything I mixed it all together and added 3 eggs (lightly beaten)on top and then added the cheese. I’d eat it for dinner any day of the week as a side for a simple grilled chicken. Cheesy goodness is a God here, too! But being away from my family for awhile does make me a little homesick after a couple days (I mean really, I did enjoy the solitude for a bit but…..) and start to crave the comfort dinners we enjoy on the weekends. Super easy family dinner, this easy Baked Ziti recipe is layered like a lasagna for the BEST EVER Italian dinner ever made. BUT - it could be done well in advance and then popped in the over since everything is cooked already and you are just reheating. Love all that cheesy deliciousness!
