I make this chicken breast all the time! Toss until well coated. Huge Hugs Stir in the cilantro and season with pepper. As the chicken bakes and the sauce warms, the cornstarch will help thicken the sauce drastically. So juicy and tender. If you like, you can carefully lift the foil liner out of the pan by both edges, creating a depression in the center to allow you to easily pour the sauce over the chicken.

It’s not just the piece of chicken, bc I cooked a breast from the same package earlier today and basically did the opposite of all of your tips and it turned out rubbery and dry (I made that one with olive oil, chicken broth, too hot skillet, too thick chicken, crowded pan, etc).
