How did you feel about telling people you worked at Sun RV Resort?

It's probably the worst job I can remember having and I would suggest staying away from Sun...period!

Her job was more to run off campers than a welcome greeting. My job was great until international workers ruined it, Nice place to work until they didn't rehire knowledgeable manager. We stayed short term last year and went back this winter for 3 months. Instead of learning the RV Resort business, they have come in with Trailer Park trained managers who have not learned what Snowbirds expect at an RV Resort like we had before Zeman Homes took over SITS.

Verizon 4G/LTE. Hotels near Harry and Hariette Moore Memorial Park, Hotels near Indian River Preserve Golf Course. Zeman Homes purchased SITS and has run it for the last 2 seasons. Snowbird residents here are not feeling safe like we used to feel. Some of the policies implemented are justified. I would return to the site. Review tags are currently only available for English language reviews. The pool was wonderful. Great co-workers. We will definitely come back and visit this RV place. Planned activities aren't happening unless residents volunteer to run them, even though we have a Staff Activities Director who ran them before.

Where are the over-nighters and short term RVers who travel through this area while waiting for the Snowbird who fill those sites?

Customer Service Representative (Main Desk). There was 2 pools and a spa. Corporate is in Michigan and the site is in Zephyrhills and of course the left foot doesn’t know what the right foot is doing half the time.

We met some incredible people staying there and will be returning again this winter. There’s no appreciation ever given and the HOA committee gets whatever whenever they want it. Ability to make own hours and be done before noon. Terrible middle management, . This was an excellent job because the worker could make own hours but there was no chance for advancement.

They handle handing out residents' mail in an unsecured manner. Promised sign on bonuses and monetary award certificates from last year contests are all being questioned and not awarded/paid out. Amenities like the pools, spas, laundry, showers and such are good. Tell us about yours. Every manager micro manages you they all had control issues. I even learned some other skills there as well such as how to refill paper towel dispensers as well as how to wash chicken wings. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

Pay, Management, and corporate management.

The folks that work here are friendly and helpful and we never had any issues. I hate my job and will most likely be leaving soon due to the stressful and hostile work environment created by these terrible humans.

Snowbird residents here are not feeling safe like we used to feel. A lot of folks who had stayed here in past years did not like the changes the new management made but I have not seen the problems they say exist.
