Or even a farming game like Harvest Moon but set around Hateno village for instance, who wouldn't eat that up. In fact a safe concept. If you are going to have spin offs how about you give it to devs who actually love the franchise. $30-40 top quality non-huge games like we used to get on the gameboy and ds families. With adventures set in or around existing villages which don't involve Link or Zelda. Hey, Nintendo. But fans of the “open world” exploration style of that best-selling game may not be satisfied with this newest release. short on finishing this vol. the art work is good and detailed, I especially like the close up stuff.

I'm enjoying that this retelling is being displayed as even grittier then the games. The next volume in the manga series that is inspired by the game.

2.

Refresh and try again. Another game genre I think would go well with Zelda would be a game with the Ys VIII mechanics like having 3 characters at the same time, but with a little twist using some Zelda items like the Spiner, Lens of Truth, Hover Boots and Din's Fire.

Now to wait for five, UGH.

And also, I believe people are more likely to buy a port they love than gamble with a small spin-off... (Tho that idea of farming in Hyrule sounds neat), @Heavyarms55 Well I meant no offense lol.

The Legend of Zelda franchise is getting a prequel. @link3710 I did play Cadence of Hyrule and it was alright. Mario Kart is a spin-off of Mario, same as Paper Mario, Wario Land and Mario and Luigi, all great series.

And no need to include any cdi game. They simply do not exist.

A great continuation to Link's story. I'd like to see more Zelda spin-offs, as long as they aren't released yearly (saturation) and have a ton of quality control. But they’re not laughing anymore, Ventura County leaders urge residents to be responsible as COVID numbers continue to rise, ‘Tired of being sad.’ The financial stress from Covid is taking an emotional toll.

It is the first installment in the Zelda series since 2017’s “Breath of the Wild,” which sold 19.7 million copies. Let's get some classic level up systems, character classes, subclasses, skill trees. @Yosher Smash Bros Warriors, i would so buy that one. They've already done remasters of OoT and MM on 3DS. They need to just make more Zelda games. Would you like to see even more Zelda spin-offs, or perhaps Hyrule Warriors transformed into a proper series somehow? As someone who has played the game multiple times, I often wondered exactly what happened from both Ilia's point of view as well as the children of Ordon's. Disclaimer: I've done it again, and blitzed 3 volumes of manga in one day, so I'm reviewing all three in one review here. Characters in that chibi style would be adorable too! “While we’re not sure how popular this game will become, we’d be happy if the Breath of the Wild fans found it fun.”.

Link and his friends fight a great war to save the land of Hyrule from, well, calamity. And sequels are sequels and not spin offs. the art work is good and detailed, I especially like the close up stuff. I would love to see fire emblem crossover with Zelda That would be so interesting it would be a day one for me. As much as I like the Manga art work I do find some of the fight scenes a bit hard to follow, I did have to keep looking back in case I m. A good continuation of the story, the pace of the book is a bit slow for my liking however it is a enjoyable book.

We’d love your help. Genuinely loved some of the spin offs if not as much as the mainline games. Another installment and another thumbs up.

As long as we can keep theorizing, then you can keep em comen. For the dungeon in the Second Quest, see Level 3. Same can be said for Star Fox, Kid Icarus, Pilotwings et al.

The most telltale variation is Link's interaction with the characters, story and audience.

@status-204 At the very worst they have been decent.

The art as always was great, but this time around the story was hard to follow because there was so much going on at once. I don’t want them to go nuts about it but I think that the spin offs have been great.

“Only bits and pieces of the story of the Great Calamity were depicted in the [‘Breath of the Wild.’],” game director Ryouta Matsushita told CNN Business. “Age of Calamity” focuses mostly on fighting and pressing multiple buttons to activate special abilities. However it was a good volume, I really do hope the pace picks up in the next volume.

Random Someone's Made A Cover Of Hyrule Warriors' Main Theme Inside WarioWare D.I.Y. The bulbin designs from the shootout are twilight princess designs. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. HAHAHAHA I GUESS THIS IS HOW 2020 IS GOING TO GO, Y'ALL.

To see what your friends thought of this book, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Vol. @breathe_easy Based. The final boss is the full body dragon stalfos (you fight the head in the Twilight princess game, it’s the boss when you get the spinner). Yay! These manga are my all-time favorite and the authors haven't lost their touch!

by VIZ Media LLC. And a big shout out to the artwork on this one.

Link’s Crossbow Training is TP related and not OOT related. Disappointing. It's a shame they couldn't/didn't make the game more graphic. There is a lot of button mashing. I would not mind a Zelda in classic turn-based RPG like Bravely Default, but fully 3D like Dragon Quest XI S, and also would like to see a Hyrule Warriors 2. How bout make more sequel/prequel spinoffs to Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword just like how you make sequel/prequel spinoffs to other Zelda games. This volume of the story was really interesting for me.

Hyrule warriors is not a new concept. Call me old school but all of these spinoffs just reduce the impact of the mainline games when they eventually release, especially when the rights are handed over to inferior developers.

Aonuma said it's really an 'idea-first' approach and explained how a bunch of circumstances need to line up before a project like this is even considered.

Pick a kid or adult from these villages who sets out on a quest, keep them neat small adventures but with equally quirky or interesting people. Travel across vast fields, through … @Heavyarms55 I'd be totally on board with that if MonolithSoft were involved and the gameplay were derived from the real-time combat style of the Xenoblade Chronicles series (1 and X though; leave 2's rhythm game combat mess in the rubbish where it belongs). In all seriousness tho im burned out on zelda.

@JasmineDragon Four Swords Adventures is a mainline Zelda game, the twelfth entry to be exact.

Also Link is still learning skills, powers as well as finding allies. We’ve come a long way since the cd-i (granted if you know the history behind those games, the end result for those was impressive considering the lack of direction, shoestring budget and mismanagement) and while the genres used might not be for everyone, they allow a format of storytelling that traditional LoZ games don’t (can’t?)
