Hey Walt! Chop it up into small cubes and brown it and put it on a salad or thin slices browned and make a sandwich out of it! The worst product Trader Joe’s have sold to date.

I highly recommend this product. Flipped it several times until it was fully browned and most the fat had been rendered and more meat was revealed. I slice and saute, breakfast lunch or dinner it’s delicious. Was nice to to have with a salad.
