I do hope you will do a tutorial for brown rice in the near future. i know you dont like uncle bens parboiled rice because they fortify it, but when you add a knorr cube, it makes it spectacular, and it doesnt stick, which is great, because you can re-purpose it the next day when its cold by making Chinese fried rice.

Thank you. . . 2 cups rice and 3 cups water, etc. I have just done it your way and I could not be happier!! I have been microwaving rice for a few years now (a pretty standard recipe: 1 cup Uncle Ben’s converted rice, 2 cups water,1/2 tsp. people usually passed my rice because it was gummy.

Plus washing your rice is how its tradionally prepared all over then world.

It works well for a very cheap lunch at my office, and toss on furikake, other spices, betterthanboullion, canned salmon, leftover chicken, kimchi, etc and the possibilities are endless.
