The pork wouldn’t be an issue but you’d have to find a way to get the bacon crispy. It’s so easy to make and easily takes on whatever flavors you desire. It’s simply the BEST Baked Pork Tenderloin. You get a little bit of crunch from the outside then your mouth fills with juices from the tender pork combined with the flavor of the spices used and it’s a real winner EVERY time you make it! Ummm…what am I supposed to do with the other half of the bacon? I substitute soy sauce for the coconut aminos. Thanks for sharing! Truly the perfect easy weeknight dinner. Hmm, you can probably wrap the chops, brown then on all sides in a cast iron, then add the sauce and finish in the oven or broiler, though I’m not sure what the time would be on that!
