http://crunchtimecoaching.com/ Many tennis players struggle to hit the ball
deep in the court. Today’s forehand tennis lesson teaches tennis players to
pretend they are in a sinking boat and must lift the water out of the boat
    to stop from sinking.

This is a great way to think about getting under the ball to really give it
that high heavy spin like Rafa Nadal puts on his shots.

    Enjoy

VERY good! I especially like the many shots of what NOT to do, then show
repeated and slow mo of what TO do. Very helpful. I’m heading out to play
tennis, will work on the Boat tip.

    Hi Peter,
Enjoyed the vid! Hey, I was wondering if you could do a video on how to
improve hitting through the ball? This is one area I struggle with and when
I watch a lot of recreational players, I see that they struggle with this
too. I often see people pulling off their shot and not hitting through the
ball. They get no pace or penetration on their shots because of this. It
would be very helpful if you could talk about this or demonstrate a drill
that would help people hit through the ball better. Thanks!
