I only ever drink Twinings, & recently I decided to change from their tea bags to their loose leaf teas - so far I have not been disappointed.I have got a number of their Premium Black, Discovery Collection, Classic & Origin teas & I have been happy with each one; I don't drink Green Tea or White Tea (they just don't suit me) & I am definitely a strong tea with plenty of milk kinda girl.Their ordering is straight forward, their delivery turn around is usually pretty quick (I ordered something on the 26/12/2018 & it arrived on 31/12/2018), but the order I made on the 31/12/2018 is a little slower in arriving, as it's now 05/01/2019 & it still isn't here, but I'm optimistic that it will be here today, or Monday 07/01/2018 - if not I will have to get in touch with Customer Services to find out what the delay is, as I have never waited more that 5 days for delivery.I am very happy with Twinings online services & I am very happy with their products. So now, I'm paying just under £4 shipping for fewer packets of tea. I placed an order and lots of nice teas arrived, but one bag split down the seam spilling tea leaves onto the floor.I was invited to review the service and they picked up on the issue, and then sent me two more packets.Be careful of the seams on the packets but their customer service is very good. However, I try to avoid adding sugar to anything, so I also mostly avoid this tea blend. This tea goes very well with milk and creates a soft, silky and satisfying texture. Shame! Shame on you, the people that are taking this sort of decisions, and think about the money that you are making and that you won.t be able to take it in the afterlife, none of it.I have a full pack of tea bags with absolutely no taste, less than a gram of leaves per bag, How do I even bloody know it.s actually rear leaves?!
The flavors blend perfectly in my opinion (although, I'm not what you call the most experienced drinker of tea, but I do have quite a love for it.). It definitely likes some milk and sugar in it. Smooth but bitter flavour of black tea, ending on a dryish note. Discover tea.

I'm something of a tea snob & a total tea belly. The brand is a legacy that dates back to 1706 when the founder Thomas Twining started selling tea … I would definitely recommend buying online if you are unable to find the items you are looking for on the High Street, because there is very little, if any difference in prices, although online you get better deals from time to time - so that's when I tend to do my tea ordering. I will definitely order again from Twinings! Not actually sure what the teabag itself is made of but again looks to be some sort of plastic mesh unlike a standard teabag. The tea will then be rich and creamy! Tasty breakfast. I will soon be ordering for a delivery to Denmark now that we can order tea without having to declare to the danish tax authorities! Given the unimpressive character of this tea, neither bad nor particularly hearty, I get the impression they found a formula that was passably tolerable, that some might even consider fairly good on those cold and wet London winter evenings, built a following based on that formula during a time when few other options existed in little Olde English markets of yore, and persisted with repeating one year of experience every year, ever since. Might be acceptable in tea bags but not as a loose leaf tea. !I am not talkin about 90% of the people that work in this company and have nothing to do with it, but about the 10% that are making all the decisions of packing the product and callin it 'real and proper'. Tea that was in stock when I placed my order was out of stock when they finally got round to filling my order. If you really want to make this tea even better, use half and half or whole milk! For more than 300 years, Twinings and tea have been one and the same. First time ordering from Twinings, had fast delivery on my order and even threw in a few free samples to try. The robustness from these regions is complemented by the softer and more subtle teas from China and Indonesia. This one is unspectacular. I will definitely order from Twinings again. Will not be buying from them in future. Quick delivery.
